Carrot Bars

This week I made my Grandma's carrot bars. They are very delicious and are quick and easy to make. These carrot bars taste just like carrot cake, but just in a bar version instead of a cake. I very much enjoy these bars and I hope you do too!
Ingredients
 2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 t baking soda
1 1/2 t cinnamon
1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
2- 8oz. junior carrots baby food
4 eggs
1/2 cup nuts
Put all these ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Spread out on a jelly pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
Frosting
6 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1/4 cup margarine
2 cups powdered sugar
2 t vanilla
Blend together and spread on to cooled bars.
