Welcome to Our blog! My name is Eddie Tabus. This is one of many post to come. This blog is going to be based on Old Fashion Cooking. Chelsea and I Both have made this blog together. I come from a Greek, Irish, and German Backgorund. Chelsea has a Spanish Background. We will be blogging on Desserts and Meals from around the world. Each week we will both post a Picture and a Written Discription of what we have made from each of our Heritages. We both reside in Tarpon Springs FL. We are Juniors in Highschool and are also attending our 3rd year in JCAA Culinary Academy. I will be also uploading Pictures of our Culinary Academy! We Decided to do this blog to introduce the people of the world to New and Interesting Recipies. Some of these Recipies will be homemade but dont worry! We WILL provide the Recipies so you can try and make it at Home. I will be Updating Daily So please feel free to keep stopping back! Thanks Alot!

Grandma's Marshmallow Fudge Bars



These bars are my favoirte that my Grandma made! There's fudge, marshmallows, and brownies, whats not to love. This recipe is smiple and easy, anyone can make it. Enjoy!

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 cup flour
1 large Hersheys can of chocolate syrup
1 package minature marshmallow
1 six ounce semi sweet chocolate chips

Mix the above ingredients with a mixer and spread on a sprayed jelly roll pan( a large cookie sheet with sides). Bake at 350 for 25-30 Minutes. Watch carefully at the end so it does not over bake.

Take out of the oven when finished and spread one package of minature marshmallow over top. Put back in oven for a minute of two until marshmallows soften. With your hand push them down a little.

Frosting
3 cups sugar
3/4 cups butter
3/4 cup milk- Cook until it starts to boil. Boil for 30 seconds. Add 1 six ounce package of semi sweet chocolate chips. (remove from stove) and beat with spoon until it starts to thicken. (Not to thick) Spread on bars and let it sit.
